Can I order a sample Captivity cap?
Yes. A sample helps you check fit and colour before a team order. Samples are paid for up front, up to 3 items per company. An unbranded sample returned in its original packaging, undamaged, within 5 working days of delivery is refunded at the sample price; the courier fee is not refunded. Branded samples cannot be returned.
Can I order Captivity caps in December?
Yes. Brandful operates throughout December, and items Brandful embroiders or brands with DTF transfers can still be branded through December. Other branding methods pause while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays, so order those early.
