What is the Rush Order Service?▼
Our rush order service gets selected products branded the next working day and ready at Brandful in 2 working days. This is perfect for last-minute events, urgent client gifts, or when you simply need merchandise fast.
Which products qualify for rush orders?▼
Only products marked with the "Rush Order" badge qualify, and rush quantities are limited per product (your quote confirms them). These include popular items like pens, keyrings, drinkware, USB drives, and selected apparel items.
When will my rush order be ready?▼
Your order counts once we have it, with full payment and vector artwork, before the cut-off: 2pm Monday to Thursday or 10am on Friday. It is branded the next working day and ready at Brandful 2 working days after it counts, which means ready to collect from our Johannesburg office or handed to the courier. Courier time is extra, and an overnight courier can be arranged at extra cost, quoted on request. Rush is not available while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays.
Will I see a proof before branding?▼
No. To make the turnaround possible there is no layout proof on rush orders: your logo is branded as large as the rush branding area allows, centred. If you need a particular size or position, place a standard order and we will prepare a layout for you to approve.
Is there an additional cost?▼
Any rush fee is quoted per order, so you see it on your quote before you pay. Rush orders are paid in full upfront and cannot be changed or cancelled once paid. The Rush Order Terms set out every condition.
What branding methods are available for rush orders?▼
Rush covers pad printing, screen printing, digital printing and laser engraving on products marked Rush, in one branding position, with your logo as large as the rush area allows, centred.
