Is there a minimum order for Amrod products?
No minimum order on most products: single units are welcome. A small number of products carry a supplier-set minimum, shown on the product page. That makes a single branded gift for a client as easy to order as gifts for the whole team.
How long does an Amrod order take?
Production takes 3–5 working days from artwork approval; delivery takes 3–5 working days anywhere in South Africa. Custom-made products have their lead time confirmed on your quote. Products marked Rush: branded the next working day, ready at Brandful in 2 working days (terms). Rush is not available while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays.
Can I order a sample of an Amrod product?
Yes. Samples are paid for up front, up to 3 items per company. An unbranded sample returned in its original packaging, undamaged, within 5 working days of delivery is refunded at the sample price; the courier fee is not refunded. Branded samples cannot be returned.
Can I order Amrod products in December?
Yes. Brandful operates throughout December, and items Brandful embroiders or brands with DTF transfers can still be branded through December. Other branding methods pause while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays, so order those early.
