Getting Started

What is Brandful?

Brandful is a South African B2B platform for sourcing, quoting, branding, and ordering promotional products and corporate gifts. We give businesses instant live pricing, professional quotes in seconds, and a structured ordering process — no back-and-forth with suppliers required.

Who does Brandful serve?

Brandful serves businesses of all sizes — from SMEs sending client gifts to large corporates managing branded merchandise across multiple teams. We work with marketing, procurement, HR, and operations teams. We do not sell to individual consumers.

How do I get a quote?

Browse our catalogue, add products to your cart, select your branding options and quantities, then click "Request a Quote". A formal quote is generated immediately and emailed to you. Our team will confirm within 24 hours.

Ordering & Minimum Quantities

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities vary by product and branding method. Most products start from 25 units. Some items — particularly those with screen printing or embroidery — may require a minimum of 50 units. MOQs are shown on each product page.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Yes, we can arrange blank (unbranded) samples for most products. Branded samples are also available on request but may require a minimum quantity. Contact us to discuss sample requirements before placing a bulk order.

Can I order multiple products in one quote?

Absolutely. You can add multiple products to your cart and request a single combined quote. This is common for onboarding kits, event packs, and campaign merchandise where you need several items branded cohesively.

Branding & Artwork

What branding methods are available?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, pad printing, laser engraving, digital transfer printing, sublimation, and debossing. The available methods depend on the specific product. Each product page shows which branding methods apply.

What artwork format do I need to supply?

For best results, please supply vector artwork in AI, EPS, or PDF format. High-resolution PNG files (300 dpi or higher) are also accepted for digital printing. For embroidery, we will convert your artwork to an embroidery file at no extra charge.

Do you charge a setup fee for branding?

A once-off setup fee (screen setup, digitisation fee, or laser setup) may apply depending on the branding method. This fee is shown clearly in your quote. On repeat orders using the same artwork, setup fees are usually waived.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. You will receive a digital proof (virtual mock-up) showing your artwork on the product before we start production. Lead times only begin after you approve the proof.

Lead Times & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard lead times are 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation and artwork approval, depending on the product and branding complexity. Rush orders are available on selected products with a 48-hour turnaround.

Do you offer rush or express orders?

Yes. Products on our Rush Orders page can be branded and dispatched within 48 hours of artwork approval. A small express fee may apply. Visit /rush-orders for the full range of eligible products.

Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and beyond. We also offer same-day dispatch for Gauteng orders in some cases.

Pricing & Payment

Are prices shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All product prices on the platform are displayed excluding VAT (15%). VAT is added on your final quote and invoice. Branding costs and delivery fees are also excluded from product prices and itemised separately in your quote.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Our pricing uses tiered volume discounts — the more units you order, the lower the unit price. Pricing tiers are shown automatically on each product page as you adjust the quantity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and bank deposit. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote. For new clients, payment is typically required in advance before production begins.

What is a Corporate Store?

What are Brandful Moments?

Brandful Moments are pre-curated corporate gift kits designed for specific business occasions — such as employee onboarding, client appreciation, or event merchandise. Each kit contains products selected to work together. Visit /moments to browse the range.

Are you B-BBEE compliant?

Yes. Brandful is a B-BBEE compliant supplier. Our B-BBEE certificate is available on request and can be included in your procurement documentation.
