What is branded display?
Branded display is the large-format visual kit around a stand or event — pull-up banners, banner walls, gazebos, feather and teardrop flags, branded tablecloths, backdrops and exhibition counters, printed with your company branding. Companies use it at expos, conferences, golf days, activations and in store. Display is an asset. Most companies buy it as a consumable.
The classic display mistake is buying for one event: the cheapest banner that will survive one weekend, artwork rushed to fit whatever template was to hand, and a gazebo that surrenders to the first gust at the golf day. A year later the same company buys it all again, slightly worse.
Specified properly, display is a multi-year asset — the frame outlives several artwork changes, the print survives transport and weather, and the artwork is set up once, correctly, with bleed and readable-from-distance type. Every reuse lowers the real cost per event. The bin-bag banner never gets that chance.

Storage and reprint
For businesses that exhibit regularly through the year, we offer storage and reprint services — the kit is kept between events and prints are refreshed when the campaign changes, instead of the whole stand being rebought.
On-site setup support
Items arrive packed for easy transport with setup guides included, and on-site setup support is available for large installations.
The artwork check that saves the reprint
Display artwork fails differently from clothing artwork. What looks sharp on a screen turns to mush at viewing distance, and logos placed near the edges get eaten by hems and fittings. Every display order gets a pre-print check: resolution at final size, bleed and safe zones, and a readable-from-distance pass on type. Send your files early — the check costs nothing.

How to order branded display
- 1Brief and artwork. Share your event details and branding requirements — items, sizes, indoor or outdoor, and the date. Our design team prepares print-ready artwork for your approval.
- 2Material selection. We recommend the best materials and print method based on your venue, how often the kit will be reused, and your budget.
- 3Production and QC. Every display item is printed in-house or by verified partners. Colour accuracy and structural integrity are checked before dispatch.
- 4Delivery and setup support. Delivered to your office or straight to the venue, packed for easy transport, with setup guides included and on-site setup support available for large installations.
Standard production is 3–5 working days from artwork approval, followed by delivery in 3–5 working days anywhere in South Africa, with overnight delivery available at a charge. A 24-hour rush service is available when the date will not move — note that rush skips layout approval, so files print as supplied.
No minimum order on branded display
One pull-up banner is a normal order, and so is a full expo kit — there is no minimum. Your first branding position is free; additional positions carry a once-off R400 setup fee, itemised on your quote rather than buried in the unit price.
Artwork is best supplied as print-ready vector or high-resolution files at final size, but send what you have and the pre-print check will flag anything that will not survive enlargement.
