How much do branded corporate gifts cost in South Africa?
As a per-person guide, an entry branded corporate gift costs R75–R200, a core gift (usually with drinkware) costs R200–R500, and an executive gift costs R500–R1,200. On top of the product, a once-off R400 setup fee applies to each branding position, and selected products include one branding position at no per-unit charge. There is no minimum on most products, and every quote request gets an itemised quote within 24 working hours.

Price ranges by product
Guide price ranges for four common categories, from entry level to premium.
Corporate gifts: price per person
Corporate gifts are budgeted per person. An entry gift costs R75–R200 and suits large teams, events and giveaways. A core gift costs R200–R500, usually includes drinkware, and suits company-wide staff gifting. An executive gift costs R500–R1,200 and is kept for clients, milestones and key accounts.

At volume, an entry branded golf shirt costs R150–R250 per unit, a quality mid-range shirt R250–R400, and a premium branded-label shirt R400 or more.

What is added to the product price
Branding carries a once-off R400 setup fee for each branding position. A logo on the front and another on the back are two positions, so two setup fees. Selected products also include one branding position at no per-unit charge; the setup fee still applies to that position. Because the setup fee is once-off, the cost per unit drops as the quantity rises.

Production and delivery times
Standard production takes 3–5 working days from artwork approval, and can run longer in busy season. Delivery takes a further 3–5 working days anywhere in South Africa, and overnight delivery is available at an extra charge.

Rush orders
For urgent orders, selected products marked Rush are branded the next working day, ready at Brandful in 2 working days. Order by 2pm (10am on Fridays) with full payment and vector artwork. No layout proof: your logo is branded as large as the rush area allows, centred. Rush products only.
Any rush fee is quoted per order, and once paid a rush order cannot be changed or cancelled. Rush orders are not available while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays.

No minimum order on most products: single units are welcome. A small number of products carry a supplier-set minimum, shown on the product page. A single unit simply costs more per item than a bulk run, because the setup fee is shared across fewer units.

Every quote request gets an itemised quote within 24 working hours. If you build a quote cart on the site, a formal quote is also generated instantly online when you submit it.
Samples
Samples are free loans: return them in the original packaging within 5 working days. Brandful pays the courier to send them out, and you can borrow up to 3 sample items per company. A sample that is not returned, or comes back late or damaged, is invoiced, per our Terms and Conditions. Samples are requested from the product page.
