Shell fabrics and padding differ from one jacket to the next, so the branding position is agreed per style and you approve the artwork before anything is branded. A setup fee applies to each branding position on every order, repeat orders included. Production takes 3-5 working days from artwork approval, and it helps to place winter orders in autumn, ahead of the cold.

Yes. Samples are paid for up front, up to 3 items per company. An unbranded sample returned undamaged in its original packaging within 5 working days of delivery is refunded at the sample price; the courier fee is not refunded, and branded samples cannot be returned.
