Branded Beanies

Branded beanies are knitted or fleece winter hats with your logo, usually embroidered on the front or on the folded cuff. They suit winter staff kits, site, farm and field teams who start work in the cold, school and club supporters, and companies handing out warm gifts at winter functions and outdoor events.

The range runs from acrylic rib knits and cable knits to polar fleece and brushed fleece. There are turn-up styles with a folded cuff, close-fitting skull beanies with no turn-up, and fleece-lined or double-layered knits for extra warmth. Specialist options include a reflective hi-vis beanie for site teams, an acrylic beanie with a removable LED light panel, chef beanies for kitchens, a kids style, a scarf and beanie set and supporter beanies with South African flag detail.

Embroidery is the usual choice for knitted beanies, giving a raised, stitched logo that sits well on the knit texture. Embroidery and DTF transfers are done by Brandful; other branding methods are applied by our branding partner. A setup fee applies to each branding position on every order, repeat orders included. Plan winter kits around 3-5 working days of production from artwork approval and 3-5 working days of courier delivery.
