Standard branded orders take 3–5 working days of production from artwork approval, plus 3–5 working days for delivery. For tighter deadlines, selected products marked Rush, ordered by 2pm (10am on Fridays) with full payment and vector artwork, are branded the next working day and ready at Brandful in 2 working days, except while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays.
The event is booked. The team needs clothing. Someone has just remembered the client gifts.
And now you need everything by next Friday.
We accept urgent orders at Brandful. Whether we can meet your deadline depends on the products, quantity, stock, branding requirements and available production capacity.
The sooner we have the full brief, the sooner we can give you a realistic answer.
How long does a branded order normally take?
As a general guide, allow 3–5 working days for production once payment, stock confirmation and written artwork approval are complete.
Timing varies between products and branding methods. Larger quantities can take longer, and delivery needs to be factored into the schedule separately.
Sending an enquiry gets the process moving. Production can start once the order is ready to proceed.
If you need products in your hands by a particular date, tell us that date upfront. “Our event starts at 08:00 on Friday” is much more useful than “ASAP”.
Three things we need before production starts
Payment. Production starts once full payment is received, unless you have an agreed account with us.
Confirmed stock. We need to confirm availability of the actual products, colours, quantities and sizes you’re ordering.
Written artwork approval. You need to approve the branding layout so we know you’re happy with what will be produced.
Getting these three steps completed promptly gives us the best chance of meeting a tight deadline.
Why our own embroidery and DTF printing help with urgent orders
Embroidery and DTF transfers are done by Brandful; other branding methods are applied by our branding partner. Because we do embroidery and DTF ourselves, they are useful options to explore when time is tight.
That gives us direct visibility of our branding schedule and lets us assess what we can accommodate.
For example, if an electrical engineering business urgently needs branded golf shirts for an expo, we can check the shirt availability, required sizes, artwork and our embroidery capacity together.
The same applies to a team needing printed T-shirts for an activation. We can assess whether DTF suits the garments and artwork, then confirm whether the quantity fits the available production time.
Doing this branding ourselves gives us options. Your specific order still needs a confirmed turnaround.
The details that can hold up an order
Often, the delay comes from information that’s still missing.
A clothing order can’t be finalised while everyone is deciding on sizes. Artwork may need attention before it can be used. An approval sitting in someone’s inbox can push production back. Stock availability can also change while decisions are being made.
For urgent orders, it helps to have one person collect the details and approve the artwork.
Before you send the enquiry, try to have:
- Your product choice, or a clear description of what you need.
- The total quantity and a complete size breakdown for clothing.
- Your preferred colours.
- The best-quality logo file you have, ideally the original artwork.
- The branding positions you want.
- Your budget.
- The exact date and location where the products are needed.
If you’re unsure about something, tell us straight away. We can help resolve it while checking the rest of the order.
Can you place a rush order?
Yes, on selected products. Brandful accepts rush orders on products marked Rush, within each product’s rush quantities and subject to stock.
Send your urgent requirement through the website or contact us by phone or email. Make the deadline clear from the first message so we can assess the request properly.
A rush order needs full payment upfront and vector artwork. When both reach us by 2pm Monday to Thursday, or by 10am on a Friday, the order is branded the next working day and ready at Brandful in 2 working days. Courier time is extra. There is no layout proof to approve: your logo is branded as large as the rush area allows, centred. Any rush fee is shown on your quote before you pay, and a paid rush order cannot be changed or cancelled. Our Rush Order Terms set out the details.
Rush is not available while our branding partner is closed over the December and January holidays, but items Brandful embroiders or brands with DTF transfers can still be branded through December.
We’ll check the details and tell you what’s achievable before you commit.
Give us the deadline. We’ll check the possibilities.
