Delivery and lead time
Lead time
Estimated lead time: 3-5 working days production from artwork approval (it can run longer in busy season), plus 3-5 working days delivery nationwide. Overnight delivery is available at extra cost.
Rush order
Order by 2pm (10am on Fridays) with full payment and vector artwork, and your order is branded the next working day and ready at Brandful 2 working days after you order. Rush quantity for this product: 1 to 800 per order. Rush Order Terms
Samples
Want to see it first? Samples are paid for before we dispatch them. Return a plain sample in its original packaging, undamaged, within 5 working days of delivery and we refund the sample price (the courier fee is not refunded), per our Terms and Conditions. Branded samples take longer and cannot be returned; the sample form has the details.
