The Malta is a branded cap with a clean, seamless build, suited to staff kit, golf days and brand campaigns where a fitted look works better than an adjustable strap. It comes in four colours and carries a small Alex Varga silicone logo.
The fabric is 83% polyester, 15% viscose and 2% elastane at 320g/m2. Because the cap is fitted rather than adjustable, an elasticated sweatband inside the crown keeps it comfortable and in place through a long day outdoors.
The front panel takes embroidery up to 100 x 50 mm, a full-colour transfer up to 110 x 50 mm or a silicone badge up to 110 x 40 mm. The left and right sides offer smaller marks: embroidery up to 80 x 50 mm, a transfer up to 50 x 20 mm, or a silicone badge at 30 x 30 mm or 50 x 20 mm.

Estimated lead time: 3-5 working days production from artwork approval (it can run longer in busy season), plus 3-5 working days delivery nationwide. Overnight delivery is available at extra cost.
Samples
Want to see it first? Samples are paid for before we dispatch them. Return a plain sample in its original packaging, undamaged, within 5 working days of delivery and we refund the sample price (the courier fee is not refunded), per our Terms and Conditions. Branded samples take longer and cannot be returned; the sample form has the details.
