The Ace is a branded fitted cap for sports days, staff kit and outdoor events where a closed back looks neater than a strap. Because it is fitted rather than adjustable, it comes in two sizes: small/medium at 56cm and large/extra large at 58cm.
The fabric is a 100% polyester honeycomb at 85g/m2. It resists creasing, holds its colour, dries quickly and stands up to stains, so it is easy to look after. The structured crown has six panels, there are six rows of stitching, and four embroidered eyelets let air in. A reflective Slazenger logo sits on the centre back panel.
On the front centre, choose embroidery up to 110 x 55 mm, a full-colour transfer up to 110 x 50 mm or a silicone badge up to 100 x 50 mm. Both sides take embroidery, transfers or silicone up to 70 x 30 mm, the back takes up to 80 x 20 mm, and the two front side panels take transfers or silicone up to 50 x 50 mm. Keep fine detail in transfers away from the seams, where it will not stick.

Estimated lead time: 3-5 working days production from artwork approval (it can run longer in busy season), plus 3-5 working days delivery nationwide. Overnight delivery is available at extra cost.
Samples
Want to see it first? Samples are paid for before we dispatch them. Return a plain sample in its original packaging, undamaged, within 5 working days of delivery and we refund the sample price (the courier fee is not refunded), per our Terms and Conditions. Branded samples take longer and cannot be returned; the sample form has the details.
