What is a Rush Order?
A rush order is branded the next working day and ready at Brandful in 2 working days. It counts from the day we have full payment and vector artwork, if they arrive by 2pm (10am on Fridays), and courier time is extra. Not all products qualify: it depends on the branding method, stock availability and production complexity, and only products marked Rush, within their rush quantities, can be rushed.
Products Commonly Available for Rush Orders
Writing Instruments
Pens are the most commonly available rush items. Pad printing on popular pen styles is one of the most common rush jobs.
Drinkware
Certain mugs, water bottles, and tumblers with screen printing or pad printing can be rushed.
Small Promo Items
Keyrings, lanyards, and small tech accessories often qualify for express production.
Selected Bags
Tote bags and cooler bags with simple print requirements can be fast-tracked.
What Typically Can't Be Rushed
- Embroidery: The setup and production time makes this unsuitable for rush
- Full-colour digital printing: Complex print jobs need curing time
- Apparel with multiple sizes: Stock consolidation takes time
- Custom-manufactured items: These have fixed production timelines
How to Prepare for Rush Orders
Have Your Artwork Ready
A rush order counts once we have full payment and vector artwork. There is no layout proof to approve: your logo is branded as large as the rush area allows, centred. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) in the correct format prevent delays.
Be Flexible on Product Choice
Rush availability depends on current stock. Having 2-3 backup options increases success rates.
Confirm Stock Before Ordering
Popular items can sell out. A quick stock check avoids disappointment.

- Once paid, a rush order cannot be changed or cancelled
